Nothing is worse than enjoying the first day in your newly-built home and finding out that you don’t know how the pool works.
Offering custom and semi-custom pools and spas for large home builders, Pinnacle needed to have a strong brand presence, pleasing design, and be able to effectively guide customers on how to set up and manage their new pool.
As much an exercise in great design as well as user experience, we built a customized customer registration and learning center on the site to allow Pinnacle’s clients to be able to enjoy their new home and free Pinnacle staff’s time from answering the myriad of phone calls from new homeowners.
